Meet Arielle Comer

Arielle S. Comer is an attorney whose practice centers on personal injury litigation, where she advocates for clients injured due to negligence and ensures they receive full and fair compensation for their losses. Her work spans all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigation and case evaluation to discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation. Arielle’s experience also includes defending commercial property owners and managing complex disputes involving real estate, breach of contract, and business torts, giving her a broad understanding of both sides of the courtroom.

Before joining Bush & Bush Law Group, Arielle practiced civil litigation with a focus on personal injury, real estate, and business matters. She routinely handled pre-suit evaluations of bad faith and breach of contract claims and developed tailored strategies to resolve cases efficiently and effectively for her clients.

Arielle earned her B.A. in Communication Studies and Spanish from Furman University in South Carolina and her J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th District Court, served as Madam Chair of the Southwest Region of the National Black Law Students Association, and held numerous leadership roles within her local BLSA chapter. Arielle also competed in several national moot court competitions, won the Judges Gavel Moot Court Competition, and received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence. She further honed her advocacy skills abroad at Baylor Law’s Academy of the Advocates in Scotland.

Arielle is an active member of the Mac Taylor Inn of Court, the J.L. Turner Legal Association, and serves on the American Bar Association Real Property, Trusts, and Estates Section leadership board. She is also on the National Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board and an engaged member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.

Outside the courtroom, Arielle is a world traveler who has visited over 29 countries. She loves adrenaline-fueled experiences—her favorite memory being jump-roping in fire in Koh Samui, Thailand.
