Meet Devon Dupuy

Devon DuPuy was born in Odessa, Texas, a proud Texan with deep roots in the Lone Star State. Those who know Devon will be quick to tell you that he has much in common with the ideals that have made Texas a world icon. That unique blend of Southern manners and brash, cowboy spirit lends itself to an aggressive style of litigation that ensures his clients’ voices are always heard.

With more than 17 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation with a focus on 18-wheeler and commercial wrecks along with catastrophic injuries, Devon is well versed with the tricks that defense lawyers employ to distract juries and drown out the voices of the injured. This experience and force of personality has led to millions of dollars being collected on behalf of his clients.

Devon graduated from the University of North Texas in 2004 and then graduated from the Barry University School of Law in 2007. Devon is a licensed member of the State Bar of Texas since 2008, a proud member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, a past president of the Denton County Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of both the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.

Devon is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Northern District of Florida.

Devon was voted as a “Top Attorney” in Personal Injury Law by Fort Worth Magazine for 2024. Devon’s previous personal injury practice was recognized as the “Best Personal Injury Law Firm” in Denton County in 2016 and 2017. Devon is a graduate of the Legacy Trucking Academy and a Texas Certified Mediator.

Outside of the courtroom, Devon enjoys West Coast Swing dancing, weight training, and martial arts. Devon holds the rank of 4th Dan Black Belt in American Karate and has cross-trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Aikido.

Devon’s greatest joy and highest purpose is raising two amazing and precocious children who fill his nights and weekends with endless enthusiasm and boundless love.
