Gregory is an accomplished and personable personal injury attorney with over three decades of experience advocating for clients in all stages of civil litigation, from pre-litigation to appeals. As a trial attorney at Bush & Bush Law Group, Gregory represents clients in a wide array of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, commercial trucking accidents, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, and claims against government entities. His extensive trial experience includes both bench and jury trials, as well as appellate cases.
Prior to working at Bush & Bush Law Group, Gregory served as a litigation supervisor and trial attorney for a prominent personal injury firm, where he successfully managed high-volume case inventories and led trial teams in Utah and Washington. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a boutique law firm specializing in personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal defense, where he trained and mentored attorneys and paralegals.
Before becoming an attorney, Gregory worked as a paramedic for five years, gaining firsthand experience in emergency care and the impact of injuries on individuals and families. While attending law school, he worked at USAA as an insurance adjuster, further developing his understanding of the insurance industry—a perspective he now uses to advocate effectively for his clients.
Known for his tenacity, dedication, and personable approach, Gregory builds strong relationships with his clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout the legal process. When he’s not working, Gregory enjoys spending time with his family, including his beloved granddaughter. He is a valuable asset to the Bush & Bush Law Group team.
