Meet Jessica Bebawi

Jessica Bebawi is a Texas-licensed attorney whose practice focuses on complex motion practice and appellate-focused litigation strategy in high-stakes civil matters. A cum laude graduate of both Texas Tech University School of Law, she brings a rare combination of courtroom experience and disciplined advocacy to every stage of litigation.

Before transitioning into a dedicated law-and-motions role, Jessica developed extensive trial experience across personal injury, civil rights, and criminal law. She has served as first-chair trial counsel in several jury trials and has tried cases in both Texas state courts and federal court. Her background includes wrongful death, catastrophic injury, constitutional/civil rights claims, and criminal defense proceedings.

In 2023, Jessica was recognized for achieving one of the Top 100 Jury Verdicts in Texas across all practice areas and has conducted and defended more than 250 depositions. Her ability to analyze complex factual records and frame issues with clarity is grounded in hands-on litigation experience.

Her foundation in advocacy began in law school, where she was selected to represent Texas Tech in several competitive mock trial teams, including the prestigious National Trial Competition Team. She earned multiple distinctions, including the Robert J. & Ann Burbridge Criminal Clinic Award, the Brendan Murray Public Service Award, Top Grade honors in Criminal Defense Clinic, Visual Legal Advocacy, and a Distinction Award in Evidence. She continues to coach competitive mock trial and voir dire teams for Texas Tech, mentoring the next generation of advocates.

Jessica is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and in federal courts nationwide, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, as well as federal district courts in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Illinois, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Beyond the courtroom, Jessica enjoys showering her two miniature dachshunds, Juice and Pocket, with all of her love and attention.
