Scott E. Breen is a veteran trial attorney with over 40 years of litigation experience.
Mr. Breen has served as lead counsel in more than 100 major cases, personally tried significant cases to verdict, and maintains an AV-Preeminent rating with Martindale Hubbel, the highest possible rating obtained entirely through peer review.
Prior to his work with Bush and Bush, Mr. Breen served as an Attorney Manager with the largest personal injury law firm in Texas, developing attorneys to successfully litigate personal injury cases to obtain the greatest recovery amount possible for clients.
Mr. Breen has practiced in the areas of civil litigation and ad valorem tax litigation; representing major retailers, oil and gas companies, manufacturers and other corporate entities. Mr. Breen now focuses his practice on the representation of clients injured in automobile collisions, company vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability and workplace accidents.
Mr. Breen is competitive in the courtroom and thrives under the pressure of high stakes litigation. He believes in putting his client’s needs first and is fully dedicated to their success and recovery.
Beyond his work as an attorney, Mr. Breen is happily married with two children and his first newly arrived grandchild. He is an avid golfer, reader, and snow skier, and has served six terms as Elder/Session Member at Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church.
