Sikandar Mehr is a seasoned Senior Litigation Attorney at Bush & Bush Law Group, bringing over a decade of experience representing clients in a wide range of personal injury and civil litigation matters. His practice spans complex cases, including trucking and motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and first-party insurance claims.
Before joining Bush & Bush, Sikandar led high-volume dockets, managing cases from inception through litigation, settlement, and trial. His comprehensive approach includes drafting demands and motions, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings.
Sikandar’s background also includes significant experience in immigration law, having overseen more than 600 cases, including removal defense, bond hearings, and humanitarian applications. His diverse legal expertise and commitment to client advocacy allow him to address a wide variety of complex legal issues with skill and compassion.
A graduate of Louisiana State University Law Center, where he earned both his J.D. and D.C.L., Sikandar also holds a B.A. in Mass Communication. He is licensed to practice in Texas and in the Northern and Southern District Courts of Texas.
In addition to English, Sikandar is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, allowing him to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure they feel understood and supported throughout their legal journey.
